Mane Course Sandwiches is a fast casual equestrian themed restaurant offering over 30 hand-crafted sandwiches, wraps, soups, mac & cheese, salads and smoothies. Our family has a passion for horses and it was a natural fit developing an equestrian themed restaurant. Stacie and I both grew up with horses and our family owns two horses. Our daughter, Emma competes in Hunters competitions throughout the state and you can see her working at the restaurant when she’s not at the barn.

Supervisors

Our supervisors are hands-on and responsible for providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests who dine in and ensuring our carryout and delivery guests receive accurate, high-quality food. That means you run shifts focused on outstanding hospitality, high quality ingredients and consistent training to ensure profitability. You work with and lead a team ensuring high-quality food in a unique, fun, fast casual environment. Supervisors can work a variety of shifts to fit your schedule: day shift, night shift and weekends.

Wages

Starting at $17.00 per hour for full-time positions with weekend availability.

Additional Compensation

50% discount on food while working

Requirements

• Must possess basic math skills
• Must have basic computer skills and fundamentals
• Must read, communicate and understand English as it relates to the job and safety regulations
• Must be able to follow directions

Working Conditions

• Must be able to work shifts up to 9 hours a day. 
• Must have full use of both hands (lifting, carrying, grasping, pushing, pulling)
• Must be able to firmly grasp utensils to include but not limited to knives, mops, brooms, etc.
• Must be able to tolerate temperature extremes (hot and cold) when working in walk-in and around ovens and sinks
• Standing, bending and walking for extended periods of time on hard surface
• Must be able to bend and stoop to lift and move boxes, sweep and mop
• Must be able to lift over head up to 15 pounds frequently, 25 pounds occasionally
